THE VOID OF COURSE MOON
The time of the void of course moon is from the time of the last major aspect
of the Moon in a sign until it enters the following sign.
It’s a time to be laid-back and enjoy the familiar routines of life, not to
begin something new. The Moon is the action, so if there are no aspects there is
no action. As Ivy Goldstein Jacobson writes," The Moon is doing nothing, so
nothing will happen but talk. There is nothing to worry about. The void of
course Moon gives comfort and reassurance." Many times this is favorable.
If a health condition manifests during a void of course Moon it is "nothing
to worry about," or if your boss calls you to his office and you fear a
reprimand, "there is nothing to worry about." He probably won’t give
you a raise either because there is no action at that time. But if you want to
open your new business or get married, it is not so good. Nothing will come of
it.
In electing a time for surgery, avoid a void of course Moon. Eileen Naumann
says, "On such a day there is a good possibility that the operation won’t
be performed correctly, that complications will arise, or that a second
operation will become necessary."
So relax and enjoy a time when you don’t have to deal with the problems of
life. You’ll have enough action when it enters the next sign.
